Mncedi Nkateko Koboka, 20 years of age – is the Founder of Plant South Africa, Co-Founder of YLOT (Young Leaders Of Tomorrow), Thuli Madonsela Foundation Ambassador, Multiple Award Winner, Public Speaker, Human Rights activist, Mentor, Life Coach, Level 3 First Aider & Model . 

Plant South Africa is an organization that seeks to educate and inform the youth particularly in primary about environmental health through set out programs to get them involved with nature by Planting , Recycling & Commercial small scale farming. 

Young Leaders Of Tomorrow is registered NPO that focuses on tackling problems faced by the youth in terms of social and domestic issues through our Projects & Campaigns . Our current campaign is the #SuicideAwareness which seeks to raise awareness , educate & inform people about Mental Health. He believes through this campaign they’ve saved a number of lives. 

Awarded LeadSA Youth Hero in October 2014 for using his first aid skills to save a Gunshot wounded victim & did this at the tender age of 15. Awarded The South African Hero Award in the Youth Empowerment Category on the 27th April 2019, This was the first Annual national Award Ceremony. 

Mncedi also one of the Thuli Madonsela Foundation(THUMA) Ambassadors , this is an Organization that seeks to advance the Founder’s legacy by providing democracy related conversation platforms, solutions & services that deepen democracy & empower the dissatisfied. 

He is a mentor of 7 Grade 8 kids through a foundation called NaliGugulethu Key Foundation (the #G7 project) That aims to Mentor kids from primary right through to the end of High school. 

He is a signed Fashion & Commercial Model with Blaze Models Management. Mncedi is a Public Speaker, started his journey of public speaking in high school & has been a keynote speaker for a number of events especially for Mental Health Awareness, one of his biggest talks was at the UJ mental health talk in 2018. He speaks on a variety of societal ills/issues 

He is a qualified Life Coach & facilitator in training in an Organization called Deliver through a programme called NALEDI. 

Mncedi runs an annual Blanket drive in winter on his own personal capacity for the homeless in Hillbrow. Started his first Blanket drive in June 2019 where he was able to raise funds to donate16 blankets to the homeless.
